Kolokvium rozebíralo dopady Lisabonské smlouvy na ústavní pořádek ČR a zabývalo se právními otázkami spojenými s ratifikací této smlouvy v ČR včetně přezkumu smlouvy Ústavním soudem.

The conference analysed potential impacts of the Lisbon Treaty upon the Czech constitutional system; at the same time, attention was focused on legal questions concerning the ratificiation of this treaty in the Czech Republic including its review by the Constitutional Court.
