PGLA films were submitted to subsequent soaking in calcium chloride and potassium phosphate to create apatite nuclei on PGLA surface. Applied soaking considerably reduced time of hydroxyapatite deposition from simulated body fluid (SBF) from 10-15 days to 2-3 days.
