Species richness of oak gall wasps (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) and their associated inquilines and parasitoids on two oak species in the West of Iran.

Inquiline species and their parasitoids associated with the cynipid gall wasps and species richness of gall wasps in oak forests of Kurdistan, Ilam and Kermanshah provinces in the west of Iran have been studied. Five species of inquiline cynipids, Synergus umbraculus, S. mikoi, S. acsi, S. bechtoldae and Saphonercus irani were separated from gall inducer wasps. Three braconid parasitoid species, Bracon variator, Ascogaster quadridentata and Bassus tumidulus were reared from inquiline tortricid species Pammene amygdalana in oak galls related with Andricus cecconi and A. multiplicatus.

Bylo studováno druhové spektrum inkvilinních druhů a jejich parazitoidů žijících v hálkách žlabatek v dubových lesích Kurdistánu, Ilamu a Kermanšáhu v západním Iránu. Pět inkvilinních druhů žlabatek: Synergus umbraculus, S. mikoi, S. acsi, S. bechtoldae a Saphonercus irani byly získány z hálek indukujících druhů žlabatek. Tři druhy lumčíků: Bracon variator, Ascogaster quadridentata a Bassus tumidulus byly vychovány z inkvilinního druhu obaleče Pammene amygdalana, který žije v hálkách Andricus cecconi a A. multiplicatus.
