The endogenous electrical field generated by microtubules is assumed to participate in transfer of mass particles and electrons in biological cells. The Wiener-Lévy process with inclusion of a deterministic force is used to evaluate the probability to rech the target. Transport driven by the deterministic force has a dominant role in comparison with that of thermal forces.
