In order to follow the fate of products of bacterial and plant PCB metabolism in the environment, we studied further degradation of plant-formed hydroxychlorobiphenyls by bacterial enzymes of upper biphenyl pathway and the other hand degradation of bacteria-formed chlorobenzoic acids by plants
S cílem sledovat osud produktů bakteriálního a rostlinného metabolismu PCB v životním prostředí byla studována degradace rostlinou tvořených hydroxychlorobifenylů prostřednictvím bacteriálních enzymů tzv. horní bifenylové dráhy a na druhé straně degradace bakteriemi vytvářených chlorbenzoových kyselin v rostlinách
