Výsledky ukázaly, že primární struktura 2b izoformy s vysokou pravděpodobností odpovídá NCBI zápisu (NP_062198.1), který představuje nejnovější zápis struktury 2b izoformy myozinu potkana. Přes tuto shodu jsme našli 4 peptidy, u kterých došlo k substituci jednotlivých aminokyselin
