AnnotationThe advanced mineralogical study of some of porcellanites and palaeo-slags from the North Bohemian Brown Coal Basin have been newly realized. Pyrometamorphic rocks were formed during palaeo-combustions of coal seams along their exothermal contact, very likely from Upper Pliocene to Holocene. In buchite from the locality of Zelenky, there were found barium-hexaferrite and calcium-ferrites.
