Description in English The first topic of the text is the description of ‵erosion‵ of human rights standards mainly in contemporary Europe (demonstrated on the example of France). To better understand and criticize this ‵erosion‵ it is good to develop a good justification of human rights. The second topic of the text is therefore the presentation of problems with justification of human rights as natural rights and as moral rights. Text shows that these problems are difficult to solve. It leads to the conclusion that the understanding of these difficulties should lead us to stop often questionable practice to use human rights as an aggressive tool to obtain political goals: To understand that human rights concept is problematic does not necessarily leads to resignation, but it can also increase our ‵self-restraint‵ and tolerance.
