Studie se sousřeďuje na Jankovičovo haškologické bádání, které představuje jistý zřetelný leitmotiv v jeho literárněteoretickém díle. Ukazuje tak jak milníky tohoto bádání, tak jeho hlavní teze, které Jankovič formuluje a poté neúnavně rozpracovává. V poslední části studie poukazuje na inspirační potenciál Jankovičových výzkumů, a to včetně konkrétních příkladů.

The study deals with Milan Jankovič's inquiry of the work of Jaroslav Hašek. This inquiry represents an important leitmotif in Jankovič's literary theoretical work. The study not only ponders the milestones of this inquiry, but it focuses on its main theses formulated and thoroughly elaborated by Milan Jankovič. The final part of the study is devoted to the inspirational potential of Jankovič's inquiry and shows particular examples of this inspiration.
