In the twentieth century, traditional bagpipe playing gradually declined and lost its cultural and territorial reach. Recently, however, there has been a resurgence of interest in this musical instrument of folk culture.

Ve dvacátém století tradiční hra na dudy postupně upadala a ztratila svůj kulturní a územní dosah. V poslední době ale dochází k oživení zájmu o tento hudební nástroj lidové kultury.
