Description in English The text depicts the way in which Czech song-writer Jaroslav Hutka reflected on exile experience after he was forced to leave Czechoslovakia and lived in the Netherlands. It offers a political-history explanation of why his reflection was hardly acceptable both in exile and in the dissident movement, and why even his celebrated come-back to his homeland was followed by disenchantment.
