Výzkum a popis chování konstrukčních materiálů v oblasti ultravysokocyklové únavy, kdy k porušení součásti dojde po více než sto milionech zatěžovacích cyklů, je důležitý pro návrh, konstrukci a stanovení spolehlivosti mnoha součástí strojů a dopravních prostředků, např. turbín, letadel a vlaků.
The research and description of the construction materials behavior in the field of very high cycle fatigue, where the component breaks over more than one hundred million load cycles, is important for the design, construction and reliability assessment of many components of machines and vehicles, turbines, aircraft and trains.
