    AnnotationThis contribution is focused mainly on the development and optimization of detection system based on electrochemical interaction of aminoacids on thin layers of ZnO. Four types of doped and undoped ZnO layers on ITO glass substrate were successfully prepared by sol-gel method with 5 %, 10% of Na or Li dopant.
