    A set of composite PbZr0.53Ti0.47O3 - xPb2Ru2O6.5 (PZT 53/47 - xPRO) thick films prepared by screen printing on (0001) single-crystal sapphire substrates were studied using Fourier-transform infrared reflectivity and time-domain terahertz transmission spectroscopy. The compositions were around the electrical percolation threshold in the bulk ceramic composites (~17 vol%).
