Using the collection of Arabidopsis thaliana lines with T-DNA insertion in the gene coding for catalytic subunit of telomerase (AtTERT) and in its upstream region, we have identified putative minimal AtTERT promoter, and strong regulatory element linked to significantly increased AtTERT transcription.
