Annotation3. Using constant current chronopotentiometry with mercury electrodes electrocatalytic peak H can be obtained allowing stripping analysis of peptides and proteins at nanomolar concentrations. This procedure allowed detailed study of bovine serumalbumin denaturation and also pre-aggregation stages of alpha-synuclein aggregation. 4. The electrochemical study of DNA-protein interactions was reviewed.
