Článek se zaměřuje na prolínání nerovností genderových, třídních a rasových/etnických. Uvažuje o různých konfiguracích nerovností, zejména na příkladu marginalizovaných žen. Argumentuje, že prolínání se netýká jen znevýhodněných skupin, ale má vliv na všechny skupiny v různých vztazích. Zkoumá, proč tento převážně americký přístup nebyl využit v českých genderových studiích.

This article focuses on the intersection of gender, class and racial/ethnic inequalities. It develops thinking about various configurations of inequalities and addresses mainly the case of marginalized women. The argument goes that intersection of gender, class and racial/ethnic inequalities is not only a matter for disadvantaged groups but it has impact on all groups in various relations. The paper addresses a question why the American intersection approach has not been reflected in the Czech gender studies.
