Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV) and Prune dwarf virus (PDV) are economically important worldwide distributed viruses of stone fruit trees. We analysed 16 RNA3 sequences of PNRSV and 11 of PDV isolates originating fom central Europe. These sequences were compared with previously published data.
