Současné použití tří optických metod - fotoluminiscence, fotoproudu a spektrální odrazivosti - pro charakterizaci jednoduchých, dvojitých a vícenásobných delta-vrstev InAs v GaAs. Naměřené optické přechody byly přiřazeny a interpretovány na základě simulace elektronových stavů v delta-vrstvách
