Prototypová scFv protilátka, plasmid exprese a protokoly technologie produkce byly předány společnosti EXBIO Praha a.s. na základě smlouvy mezi těmito dvěma spoluřešiteli grantového projektu FD K3/001. Description in English At the Institute of Molecular Genetics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, cDNAs encoding the variable regions of the light chain and the heavy chain were isolated from hybridoma cells producing immunoglobulin TU 20, an expression plasmid for the scFv molecule comprising the light chain variable region, a flexible linker and the heavy chain variable region was constructed, and the recombinant expression and purification procedures were optimized. The prototype scFv antibody, the expression plasmid and protocols of the production technology were transferred from the Institute of Molecular Genetics to the company EXBIO Praha a.s. on the basis of a contract concluded between these two participants of the grant project FD-K3/001.
