The paper is discussing advantages and disadvantages of the different electrochemical procedures, which are commonly used for the detection of MT. Using methods are combined with adsorptive transfer stripping technique. The detection limits of metallothionein measured by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and DPV Brdička reaction were 0.5 pmol,4 fmol and 10 amol, respectively.
Publikace diskutuje výhody a nevýhody různých elektrochemických postupů, které se běžně využívají pro detekci metalothioneinu. Metody jsou kombinovány s přenosovou rozpouštěcí voltametrií. Detekční limity pro metalothionein byly nalezeny pomocí cyklické voltametrie 0,5 pmol, diferenční pulzní voltametrie 4 fmol, a pomocí Brdičkovy reakce (v kombinaci s DPV) 10 amol.
