Vedle neujasněnosti koncepce a tím i podstaty a smyslu dočasného přidělení, existuje řada dalších problémů, které je nutno dostatečně smluvně ošetřit. Autor navrhuje řešení identifikovaných problémů. Description in English Temporary assignment is one of them the promising sets of rules set forth in the Czech Labour Code. It can be used not only to avoid waste of workforce, but also to increase synergy within holdings in current globalized world. However, the efficiency of said rules is downgraded by some factors, such as the continuity of a totalitarian structure of distribution legal roles within legal relationship established between an employer, an assigned employee, and a company, which the employee is relocated to.
