Kolokvium na téma Biometrika a osobní autonomie: právo skrýt svou totožnost. Tento příspěvek analyzuje vztah jedince k právu zveřejňovat a skrývat své biometrické údaje. Porovnává právo na vyjádření a skrývání vlastní identity vyjádřené pomocí biometrických vlastností s limity veřejného práva včetně regulace průkazů totožnosti a trestního práva.
This presentation analyzes the relationship of an individual to their right to make public or conceal their biometric data. It compares the right to express own identity and the right to conceal own identity by means of biometric data with the limitations set out in public law including regulation of identity cards and criminal law.
