S ohledem na poměrně striktní pravidla usmrcování zvířat, je zde nastolena otázka, která trápí muslimy žijící v evropských zemích, zda a do jaké míry je přípustné se od nich odchýlit, aniž by došlo ke zjevné kontradikci s islámským právem. Description in English The chapter is focused on the concept of animal protection under Islamic law and the rules of ritual slaughters. With regard to relatively strict rules for killing animals, the author voices the question bothering Muslims living in European countries whether and to which extent it is admissible to depart from these rules without conflicting Islamic law.
