It has three main interfaces where user can perform 1) peptide mapping – assembly of the main input file for subsequent calculations, 2) manage the data and organize them according to experimental conditions, 3) run the calculation, fully review and export the resulting data. The program needs LCMS data exported in text files and can be thus compatible with a majority of MS instrumentation. The output is either graphical (uptake plots) or simple text files organized according to the community guidelines or compatible with a web-based application MSTools. The program calculates percentage of deuteration, number of exchanged deuterons, signal intensity and peak-width. It can manage numerous experimental conditions, replicates and different protein sequences. It can handle any protein modification and mutations.
