Predkladaný článok je zameraný na prehľad produkčného procesu hladkých a drážkovaných rúr. Aplikácia rúr z vnútorne členitým vnútorným povrchom prispieva ku významnému zvyšovaniu energetickej efektívnosti energetických zariadení. Článok sumarizuje technológie výroby hladkých a rebrovaných rúr, nástroje používané na tvárnenie rúr a zároveň materiály ktoré sa používajú na výrobu tvárniaceho náradia. Následne sú uvedené východiskové metódy povlakovania nástrojov pre zvyšovanie životnosti a tribologických vlastnosti nástrojov. Táto práca bola podporená Agentúrou na podporu výskumu a vývoja na základe Zmluvy č. APVV-15-0696.

This article is focused on a review of the production process of smooth and grooved tubes. The application of tubes with from the internally shaped inner surface contributes to a significant increase in the energy efficiency of power devices. The article summarizes the technology for the production of smooth and rifled tubes, the tools used for forming the tubes and the materials used for the production of the forming tool. The following are the initial methods of coating the tools for increasing the service life and the tribological characteristics of the tools.This work was supported by the Slovak Research and Development Agency under the contract No. APVV-15-0696.
