AnnotationThe aim of this study was to develop a method for on-line concentration of Aspergillus spp. conidia after their dynamic adhesion onto the roughened part of fused silica capillary (prepared by etching of the inner capillary surface with supercritical water), using combination of transient isotachophoresis and micellar electrokinetic chromatography and subsequent off-line identification of the separated conidia using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry.
