    Interictal activity of epileptic foci elicited by bicuculline methiodide was not affected by GABA-B receptor antagonist CGP35348. Ion contrast, ictal episodes appearing spontaneously were significantly potentiated by the antagonist. Results speak in favor of participation of GABA-B receptors in epileptic phenomena generated by cortical-subcortical interaction
