    Ce- and Pb- doped SrHfO3 powders were obtained by the combustion of Sr and Hf organic salts. Their morphology and the influence of composition, heating rate and annealing temperature on the structure were investigated by electron microscopy (SEM,TEM), FTIR, micro-Raman and XRD measurements.

    Prášky SrHfO3 dotované Ce a Pb byly připraveny reakcí při spalování organických solí Sr a Hf. Morfologie a struktura prášků, vliv složení,rychlostí ohřívání a žíhání byly studovány na elektronovém mikroskopu (SEM, TEM), FTIR, micro-Ramanem a XRD měřeními.
