Pro identifikaci faktorů nezbytných pro bioegenezi ATP synthasy byly tkáně pacientů s izolovanými jadernými defekty analyzovány kombinací celogenomového homozygotního mapování, studia expresních změn a sekvenační analýzy. Naše výsledky ukazují, že protein TMEM70 je nezbytným asemblačním faktorem savčí ATP synthasy Description in English Isolated nuclear defects in ATP synthase represent a group of inherited diseases, where structure and function of ATP synthase are normal, but content and thereby activity of ATP synthase are decreased underneath 30 %. For identification of factors required for ATP synthase biogenesis, tissues from patient with isolated defects were analyzed using combnation of whole-genome homozygous mapping, expresion changes study and sequence analysis. Our results show protein TMEM70 to be essential ATP synthase asembly factor Workplace Institute of Physiology Contact Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Year of Publishing 2009
