To control virtually the toxic compounds and to improve quality control of the solution of 2-deoxy-2[F-18]fluoro-D-glucose the products of its autoradiolysis were ananalyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography.
Pro zjištění případných toxických sloučenin a pro zlepšení kontroly kvality roztoku 2-deoxy-2[F-18]fluoro-D-glukózy byly analyzovány produkty její autoradiolýzy užitím vysoce citlivé kapalinové chromatografie.
