AnnotationPOSS-POSS interactions, resulting in POSS crystallization, are crucial for the structure and mechanical properties of the POSS-containing nanocomposites. Crystalline domains of the pendant POSSs serve as physical crosslinks and even percolate the system thus reinforcing the nanocomposite. POSS-chain interaction is of smaller importance.
