The Mre11/Rad50/Nbs1 complex is involved in many aspects of chromosome metabolism. In this article, we report the consequences of MRE11 dysfunction for the stability of mitotic and meiotic chromosomes in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Mre11/Rad50/Nbs1 komplex hraje řadu rolí v metabolismu chromozomů.is involved in many aspects of chromosome metabolism. V této práci analyzujeme následky dysfunkce genu MRE11 na stabilitu mitotických a meiotických chromozomů Arabidopsis thaliana.
