    AnnotationConfocal images of endoplasmic reticulum of tobacco cells and 3D stacks of the images of capillaries in the rat brain were analyzed using mathematical morphology. Decrease in the length density of the endoplasmic reticulum was detected as well as the difference in the capillary lenth density between grey and white matter
