SOLUTION: Provided is a method comprising the following steps: a) immobilizing an analyte from a sample on the surface of a solid support by nonspecific non-covalent binding adsorption or covalent binding of the surface functional groups of the analyte and the corresponding functional groups on the solid support, b) incubating the analyte with a detection probe that selectively binds to the analyte through a compound for selectively binding to the active site, c) washing the solid support to remove unbound detection probe, and d) determining the amount of detection probe bound.
