    Annotationサンプルにおける分析物の活性型の検出および/またはこれらの分析物の活性部位に対する、試験物質の結合能の決定のための方法の提供。解決手段 以下のステップを包含する方法:a)サンプルからの分析物が、固体担体の表面に対して、上記分析物の表面官能基および上記固体担体における対応する官能基の非特異的な非共有結合性の吸着または共有結合によって不動化され,b)上記分析物が、その活性部位に対する選択的な結合のための化合物を介して上記分析物に選択的に結合する検出プローブとともにインキュベートされ,c)上記固体担体が洗浄されて、未結合の検出プローブを除去し,d)結合している検出プローブの量が決定される。
    Description in EnglishTo provide methods for detecting the active type of analytes in a sample and/or for determining the binding ability of a test substance to the active site of these analytes. SOLUTION: Provided is a method comprising the following steps: a) immobilizing an analyte from a sample on the surface of a solid support by nonspecific non-covalent binding adsorption or covalent binding of the surface functional groups of the analyte and the corresponding functional groups on the solid support, b) incubating the analyte with a detection probe that selectively binds to the analyte through a compound for selectively binding to the active site, c) washing the solid support to remove unbound detection probe, and d) determining the amount of detection probe bound.
