AnnotationThis application implements optical method photometric stereo for reconstruction of object’s topography based on set of photographs taken from the same position but with a different illumination of the scene. The application allows variable number of input images. The code is based on script of Matlab commands and also utilizes codes already available in the Matlab community. The set of 3D data combining topography and texture is the first type of output of the application. The second type is a standardized 3D data in standardized format independent on computer platform – “Stererolithography format” .stl.
