The first was ArF laser in ILT and the second was XUV laser in IPP. These data were combined with our former data for further applications. E.g. a surface erosion monitor was proposed for exact determination of fusion chamber maintenance time, up-conversion phosphor was proposed for measurement of thermal loading of front surfaces of armour structures, and transparent SiC was newly tested for future diagnostic and protection purposes.
