    Schottky photodiode based on (100) B-doped diamond (BDD) is studied by KPFM under illumination of various wavelengths. The observed illumination induced shift of surface potential corresponds to a shift of Fermi level inside the BDD channel and explains orders of magnutide changes in photocurrent.
