In recent years the usage of information systems has rapidly increased in many different areas including the area of providing healthcare services. One of them that developers of such systems face is a transfer of clinical data among various institutions and their automatic processing. We analyse the available national and European standards related to this area and propose a model of structured clinical data transfer among the information systems of healthcare providing facilities in the Czech Republic.

V posledních letech došlo k masivnímu rozšíření informačních systémů v mnoha odvětvích včetně oblasti poskytování zdravotní péče. Jedním z problémů, kterým musí vývojáři čelit, je i přenos klinických informací mezi zdravotnickými zařízeními a jejich automatické zpracování. Tato práce zkoumá dostupné národní, evropské a mezinárodní standardy týkající se této problematiky a na jejich základě navrhuje model přenosu strukturovaných informací mezi informačními systémy zařízení poskytujících zdravotní péči v ČR.
