    AnnotationIn this study the changes of local microclimate, like the air temperature, precipitation, humidity and other meteorological indicators, as a consequence of the restoration of surface brown coal mine and genesis of large water area are studied. Project is solved for the lake Most, which is being formatted by restoration of the brown coal mine Ležáky and filled with water. For the elaboration historical and newly measured data from meteorological observations Milešovka and Kopisty are used. For the project elaboration is used numerical model COSMO with high resolution. Impact of lake to microclimate is simulated by the help of the model FLAKE.
