    Antioxidant activity of the samples was tested by UV-VIS spectrophotometer, applying 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (•DPPH). The identification and quantification of the volatile compounds by solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was performed.
