Annotation	Podíl vědkyň v ČR se nemění, zůstává minimálně od roku 2001 na hodnotě 25 %. Ve srovnání s většinou zemí EU zaostáváme. Přestože počet aktivit, které podporují vědkyně, pomalu roste, generový mainstreaming žádná z vědeckých institucí ani státní orgány neuplatňují. Publikace obsahuje statistický přehled, výčet současných aktivit, které mají za cíl ženy ve vědě podpořit, a stručnou reflexi toho, jak téma postavení žen a genderové rovnosti vnímají zástupci vědeckých institucí a státních orgánů.
Description in English	There have been no changes in the percentage of women researchers in the Czech Republic since 2001, which remains at 25 %. Compared to EU countries, the CR lags behind. Despite some activities that support women researchers, neither research institutions nor governmental bodies dealing with science policy apply gender mainstreaming. The publication contains statistics, gives information about current activities aimed at supporting gender equality and reflects stakeholders’ attitudes.
