    Electrochemical detection of DNA hybridization connected with paramagnetic beads and a carbon paste electrode was presented. We have found that carborane cluster bound to oligonucleotide chain can be used as a suitable electrochemical redox label of DNA hybridization.

    Byla presentována elektrochemická detekce DNA hybridizace spojená s použitím magnetických kuliček a uhlíkové pastové elektrody. Bylo zjištěno, že karboranové klastery navázané na oligonukleotid mohou být využity jako vhodná redoxní značka pro detekci DNA hybridizace.
