Description in English Devitalization is an original surgical technique developed for therapy of solid malignant tumours. All arterial and venous blood supply tu tumours is closed by suturas living the tumour without any removing in situ. Using melanoma-bearing miniature pigs basic research continue at the time of the first clinical trial to explain biological events that appear after tumour devitalization.
