Cílem semináře bylo rozebrat z různých pohledů - politologických i právních - reformu volebního systému navrženou ČSSD a ODS a schválenou Poslaneckou sněmovnou.

The purpose of the seminar was to analyze the reform of the election system, proposed by the Social Democratic and Civic Democratic parties and adopted by the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, from various politological and legal aspects.
