    166Ho-Macroaggregates can be prospective agent for radionuclide synovectomy with respect to it`s high in-vitro and in vivo stability. However some disadvantages can be caused due to it`s non-biodegradability. 166Ho-chitosan complex is promising agent for the radiotherapy considering it`s biocompatibility and biodegradability. It`s quality through decreases with time and 166Ho-chitosan usage immediately after synthesis will be probably highly required.
