    AnnotationPotassium belongs to major mineral elements in plant and animal tissues and is an important component of fertilizers, foodstuff and fodders. Ammonium ion is generally an indicator of quality of water and fodder. Both ions are strong ions and can be determined by electromigration methods, however, their ionic mobilities are close and conditions have to be set for their resolution.
