    AnnotationThe sulfenamide bond was proposed as a readily cleavable linkage for polymer - drug conjugates. Two different low molecular model compounds containing the sulfenamide bond were synthesized and examined with regard to the ability to thiolysis by intracellular glutathione and hydrolytic stability as well.
