AnnotationAn apparatus and procedure are described for measuring the aqueous solubility of hydrophobic volatile compounds. The method employs the solute vapor absorption technique (SVA) for preparation of the saturated solution followed by subsequent off-line HPLC analysis of the cosolvent adjusted aqueous solution.
