Calamagrostis epigejos exhibits high intrapopulation genetic variation in abandoned sedimentation basins. In the samples, a high allelic differentiation among clones was found. Generative propagation predominats in the open deposits and the clonal diversity decreases with succession.
Calamgrostis epigejos na opuštěných odkalištích vykazuje vysokou genetckou diversitu a vysokou alelickou diferenciaci mezi klony. Generativní rozmnožování převažuje na otevřených biotopech a klonální diversita klesá během sukcese.
